INFORMACIÓN IMPORTANTE PARA LA SOLICITUD DE CERTIFICADOS DE BUENA CONDUCTA

  • El plazo de tramitación del certificado es de treinta días naturales. Por incremento en la demanda del servicio, o períodos vacacionales, la expedición de certificados puede sufrir ocasionales demoras. Por favor, tenga en cuenta estas circunstancias y solicite su certificado con la suficiente antelación. El Consejo de Dentistas no se responsabiliza de posibles contratiempos que pudieran surgir con los plazos establecidos por las instituciones extranjeras demandantes, por falta de previsión del solicitante.
  • El Certificado de Buena Conducta sólo será emitido en formato digital. Se enviará únicamente a la dirección de email que haya facilitado en el formulario.
  • El Certificado de Buena Conducta sólo será expedido a solicitud de la persona interesada y nunca de terceras personas o instituciones, salvo expresa autorización.
  • Podrá comprobar que ha realizado correctamente la solicitud si recibe un correo electrónico de confirmación tras haber completado y enviado el formulario. 
  • No se facilitará información sobre el estado de tramitación del certificado, si la solicitud se encuentra dentro del plazo establecido de un mes natural.
  • El certificado tiene una validez de 3 meses desde su emisión y sólo podrá ser solicitado en uno de los dos idiomas disponibles. No se podrá emitir un nuevo documento hasta su caducidad (independientemente de que sea en el mismo idioma u otro distinto).
  • Rellene toda la información. Los campos marcados con asterisco (*) son obligatorios. Solo se admitirán archivos con los siguientes formatos: jpg, png y pdf. No podrán tener un tamaño superior a 2 Mb.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON APPLYING FOR CERTIFICATES OF GOOD STANDING

  • The processing time for the certificate is thirty calendar days. Due to increased demand for the service, or holiday periods, there may be occasional delays in the issuing of certificates. Please be aware of these circumstances and apply for your certificate well in advance. The Dental Council cannot be held responsible for any possible setbacks that may arise with the deadlines set by the requesting foreign institutions, due to lack of foresight on the part of the applicant.
  • The Certificate of Good Standing will only be issued in digital format. It will only be sent to the email address you have provided in the form.
  • The Certificate of Good Standing will only be issued at the request of the person concerned and never by third parties or institutions, unless expressly authorised.
  • You will be able to check that you have made a successful application if you receive a confirmation email after completing and submitting the form.
  • Information on the processing status of the certificate will not be provided if the application is within the established period of one calendar month.
  • The certificate is valid for 3 months from the date of issue and can only be requested in one of the two available languages. A new document cannot be issued until it expires (regardless of whether it is in the same or a different language).
  • Please fill in all the information. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory. Only files in the following formats will be accepted: jpg, png and pdf. They cannot be larger than 2 Mb.
